6-course menu at Petra in City Center — Recently awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, an acclaimed team cooks the season in one of Copenhagen’s most striking dining rooms
Petra opened to rave reviews in 2025 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand this June. Designed by Danish design house &Tradition, the restaurant pairs striking mid-century interiors with produce-driven cooking from chefs with experience at Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, 108, and Marchal.
Crisp panisse comes with silken bacalao cream, while toasted brioche carries Troldgaarden beef tartare, chive emulsion, and smoked Vesterhavsost. Charred Danish mackerel meets zucchini, browned butter, and horseradish. Yakitori potatoes arrive with lovage pesto, tomato salmorejo, and charred greens, followed by wild sea bass with trout roe, peas, fava beans, and saffron hollandaise. Flan with hojicha meringue and crisp buckwheat closes the menu.
The season looks good on Petra.
