New York’s cult taqueria takes over Kødbyen for one weekend only
Locals cross bridges for it. Visitors build itineraries around it. Taqueria Ramirez put Brooklyn on the global taco map. For one weekend only, founders Giovanni Cervantes and Tania Apolinar bring the ritual to ÅBEN in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District—a fitting setting for taqueros who know what to do with every cut.
Choose any three from a menu of five. Al pastor layers richly marinated pork with pineapple. Suadero brings tender beef confit with crisped edges, while tripa arrives smoky and deeply charred. A market fish ceviche tostada and a vegetable taco built around the best local produce complete the menu. Onions, cilantro, and house salsas are for you to finish at the salsa bar.
Expect real-deal Mexico City tacos, sharpened on the streets of New York.
