At this small but mighty corner bakery in Nørrebro, the classics get a modern touch, and the creativity never stops. Savory spandauere come layered with rich béchamel, roasted pumpkin, and feta. Crusty jambon-beurre baguettes rival those of Paris’s best boulangeries, while focaccia piled high with tahini dressing, radicchio, and seasonal vegetables keeps things rooted in local flavor.
