They source vegetables from Birkemosegaard. The wines come from sustainable vineyards, produced with minimal human intervention and manipulation. They have oysters from Rømø and olive oil from a small family farm in Sardinia. At Goldie, the kitchen is without dogma. They are located on one of Nørrebro's best street corners, with tables both indoors and outdoors, as well as plenty of sunshine.
