A Portuguese taberna has taken the place of an old laundromat and the transformation is truly remarkable. With blue accent tiles, marble tables, and lime green bar shelves that stretch all the way to the ceiling, it's the classiest tavern we've seen in a long time. They promise your beer glass will never stay empty for too long, and light snacks will also be on the table. The eagerly awaited opening is later this summer.
The team behind BaneGaarden and Noon is taking on Nordhavn. In contrast to Noon Catering, which delivers lunch menus developed by international chefs, Noon Eatery will be an all-day restaurant and cantine with a café and bakery on-site. The head chef, Karlos Ponte, has worked at the likes of Noma and El Bulli.
The Gamma Brewing crew is pursuing their dream of opening a bar and building out a new space in Nordvest. It will have the full range of Gamma beers flowing from the taps, a bar food menu on offer, and a beergarden with enough space for the whole 'hood to hang out.
Dry & Bitter Brewing Co. has set their sights on opening up in Kastrup! We've gotten the goss straight from the boss, and he's excited to share that there will be a brand new D&B brewery and taproom at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025. Hop hop hooray!
