Frederik Bille Brahe returns this June with a new, as-yet-unnamed restaurant that leans into a more classic bistro expression, set within a larger space. Known for shaping some of Copenhagen’s most influential, design-led dining rooms, he brings his signature sensibility with him: seasonality, natural ingredients, and an atmosphere as considered as the food itself. While the location and name remain under wraps, expect a menu grounded in bistro tradition, filtered through his distinctly produce-driven approach.
