Since opening in Nørrebro in 2018, it has made ambitious pastry and house-roasted coffee a pairing worth crossing town—or a border—for.
Iconic cube croissants hold pistachio cream inside flaky walls. Sticky cinnamon buns share the counter with espresso-glazed croissants and seasonal cakes. Brunsviger gets a laminated rendition. Sourdough buns come spread with butter and layered with Gammelknas. Pair your pick with a flat white or filter coffee, made with beans roasted in-house.
