At TŌPI, the ritual is the draw: grab a cup, swirl in as much house-made Italian soft-serve gelato as you like, then move through the toppings bar until the combination feels complete.
Mix flavors, exercise restraint, or abandon it entirely. Vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry form the core soft-serve lineup, joined by rotating flavors like pistachio, açaí, and mango. Next comes the toppings bar with up to 40 finishing touches to choose from. Go decadent with brownies, cookie dough, flødeboller, or Belgian waffles. Keep it bright with fresh strawberries, lychee, or boba pearls. Add texture with granola, caramel crunch, or almonds. Finish with sauces spanning passion fruit, caramel, and Nutella.
