Former three-Michelin-star chefs bring their cult New York pizzas to Copenhagen for one weekend only
Ceres became one of America’s most sought-after pizzerias within weeks of firing up its ovens. On September 12 and 13, founders and Eleven Madison Park alumni Jacob Serebnick and Julian Geldmacher will bring their cult pies to a landmark of the New Nordic canon, transforming Claus Meyer’s former Frederiksberg deli into a soulful New York pizza joint.
Choose a pie from Ceres’ signature lineup. Each pie is enough for two to three people. The Tomato Pie keeps it elemental with San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, basil, and Parmesan. The Cheese Pie layers San Marzano tomatoes with scamorza, mozzarella, Parmesan, and olive oil. The Mushroom Pie features crème fraîche, mushrooms, and onion on meticulously fermented dough. The Nduja Pie with burrata and aged balsamic brings an extra hit of spice and is available as an upgrade on-site.
New York soul meets Copenhagen’s appetite for craft.
