MARGO delivers nonna-style cooking—if your nonna had a taste for Italian new wave and plated tuna crudo in a low-lit dining room for eighty. This modern trattoria is built on exceptional ingredients, handmade pasta, and the confidence to keep things simple.
On the table: crisp aubergine arancini with la scarpetta della nonna. Burrata caprese with chilled gazpacho. Tuna crudo bathed in acqua di pomodoro, finished with olive oil, green tomato, and capers. Orecchiette folded through beef cheek ragù with soft Parmigiano cream. Tiramisù, classic and fashionably inevitable.
