Patrik Rolf knows that great coffee starts at the source. Launched in 2018 as a sister project to his world-renowned roastery, April, Sustainable Profile sources green coffee at prices set by farmers themselves, so producers can deliver exceptional coffee season after season. SP Coffee is where that work meets the cup.
On the shelves: April’s longtime partner in Costa Rica, Volcan Azul, brings a comforting Caturra and Catuai marked by brown sugar, milk chocolate, and red cherry. From Colombia comes a sweet, balanced coffee with notes of milk chocolate, berries, and almonds. Rotating selections occasionally include Kenyan coffees like Kamavindi Estate’s Ruiru 11, known for bright berries and florals. SP Decaf returns to Volcan Azul, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process, revealing hints of nougat and red fruit.
The farmer’s work, the roaster’s expertise, and the coffee’s purest expression come through in every cup.
