The best view of the Lakes shouldn’t go to waste. So Sol & Luna goes all in. By day, Sol fills the lakeside patio with coffee and brunch. By night, Luna takes over with chef Lau Nymark’s fire-driven menu, where smoke and peak-season produce make it easy to lose track of time beside Dronning Louises Bro.
On the table, grilled scallops arrive drenched in spicy nduja butter. Skewers of chicken, pulpo, and caper leaf disappear quickly between glasses. Gnocchi lands beneath parmesan foam, egg yolk, and black pepper. Grilled kale comes sharpened with habanero vinaigrette before fried sweetbreads with sauce gribiche bring a richer turn to the table. Apple sorbet with honey custard, meringue, and vermouth closes things out.
Your summer is best spent between an open kitchen and the Lakes.
