Pick whatever you like at Kiln — The next evolution of Ard, Enlil, and Jato arrives in Frederiksberg
Copenhagen’s beloved bakery powerhouse keeps expanding its universe. Ard caught the attention of The New York Times back in 2022. Then came Enlil, Jato, and Nyx. Now comes Kiln, the team’s first true bakery-café built around contemporary Scandi bakes.
The menu pulls together the hits. Cardamom buns heavy with spice. Cinnamon rolls with shattering layers. Croissants, pain au chocolat, and sesame-studded BMOs layered with Vesterhavsost and Thise butter. Brownies still warm from the oven, chocolate chip cookies soft in the middle. For lunch, baguettes come stuffed with stracciatella, pesto, and salami; paninis layer ham, cheese, and Dijon; and granola bowls come with ripe seasonal fruits.
Copenhagen already loved the pastries. Kiln gives them the room they deserve.
