At ISTID, there’s no ice cream counter—because nothing is made ahead of time. What began as a liquid nitrogen experiment has become a Nørrebro staple, where organic custard is flash-frozen into silky ice cream and sorbet right before your eyes. It’s part technique, part theater, and all flavor.

Each sundae features three scoops, layered with crunch and sauce, and served in a homemade cardamom waffle or cup. Salty Caramel brings together almond crunch and caramel. Classic Vanilla pairs chocolate sauce with caramelized hazelnuts. Chocolate Sorbet takes a richer turn with coffee and coconut cream. Pumpkin Seed layers nutty ice cream with blood orange curd and pumpkin crunch, while Lemon Gelato balances bright citrus with rich caramel.
