Tender veal topside, pounded thin, breaded, and pan-fried until puffed and golden. Prepared by a Michelin-trained chef, inspired by the Bavarian wirtshäuser he grew up in. Served with lingonberries and potato salad glossed with brown butter and sherry vinegar.
Available every other Sunday—the next Schnitzel Sundays are March 29 and April 12.
