At CHOW BOX, she brings that nostalgia to life with real ingredients and a modern edge—now in a new home just steps from the original, with room to sit, eat, and discover a whole new kind of takeaway.

Here, you’re in control. Build your own Chow Box from a lineup of handcrafted bases, saucy mains, and add-ons. Start with spicy peanut noodles, fried egg noodles, steamed jasmine rice, or fried rice. Layer on orange chicken, black pepper beef, or Kung Pao tofu. Choose stir-fried seasonal greens, scallions, sesame seeds, or sunflower seeds. Finish with an add-on: spring rolls, fried wontons, or seasonal kimchi, never forgetting the house chili oil and sauces for an extra kick.
