In 2016, chef Rasmus Oubæk walked away from Michelin kitchens to build a better burger from scratch—and prove that chef-driven food doesn’t need white tablecloths. What began as a single location has grown into a citywide burger empire. Now, Oubæk is back in the Jagger kitchen to do what he does best: craft fast food the slow way, with honest ingredients.
At Jagger, organic beef is ground each morning, free-range chicken thighs are double-coated and fried to order, buns are baked fresh in Jagger’s own bakery, and sauces are made in-house.
The combo lets you choose any burger: The Jagger Burger keeps it classic with cheddar and signature sauce. Hot Nashville brings the heat with fried chicken tossed in chili sauce. Mature Cheddar doubles down on richness with aged cheddar and an extra-buttery bun. Fried Chicken elevates a classic with juicy chicken thighs. The Veggie leans into umami with a mushroom garum-enriched patty. Each combo comes with fries and an organic soda, lemonade, or iced tea. Available for dine-in or takeaway.
