Patrik Rolf knows that great coffee starts at the source. Launched in 2018 as a sister project to his world-renowned roastery, April, Sustainable Profile sources green coffee at prices set by farmers themselves—empowering them to deliver exceptional coffee season after season. SP Coffee, just beside April on Pilestræde, is where that praxis meets the cup.
On the shelves, each bag of single-origin coffee speaks for itself, roasted with the same exacting approach that made April a global benchmark. Kenya’s Kamavindi Estate delivers a bright cup with notes of blackberry and florals. Guatemala’s El Socorro offers a juicy washed Yellow Bourbon with hints of macadamia and honeydew. From Costa Rica, April’s longtime partner, Volcan Azul, brings a comforting Caturra and Catuai marked by brown sugar and red cherry.
