Juma serves Indian classics with contemporary clarity—best enjoyed with a curry leaf-infused negroni in hand. Inspired by the traditions of thali-style dining, every dish at this warm-hued Nørrebro restaurant is bold and designed for the table.
The Thali Combo begins with its namesake: a thali-inspired feast of twelve small servings crafted for mixing, dipping, and sharing. Curries arrive layered and aromatic. Daals simmer. Bright chutneys, crisp salads, and punchy pickles join warm naan and roti. The spread is complete with butter chicken enriched with smoked butter, crisp cauliflower pakora, and masala-spiced fried chicken. Dessert follows with vanilla soft serve finished with tamarind and sesame crumble.
