Freshly baked sourdough pitas are just the beginning at Banzo. The citywide pita shop formerly known as Garbanzo may have a new name, but the core concept remains: real food with layers of serious flavor. Meats are marinated with care and finished on the grill to order, while generous toppings—roasted eggplant, crispy chickpeas tossed in za’atar, pickled red onions—are crafted in-house.
Banzo’s pita or bowl combo is your call. Choose juicy chicken, peppered flank steak, halloumi, or falafel, grilled or fried to order, and layered inside a warm pita or served atop a bowl of seasoned bulgur, toppings, and greens. Each combo is complete with seasoned fries, house dip, and a soft drink. Fresh, fast, and just the way you like it—whether you dine in or take it to go.
