This isn’t your typical smørrebrød. The open-faced classic is reimagined with fine-dining finesse aboard this restaurant perched on a boat facing Nyhavn’s iconic sunny side.

At Judie, Head Chef and Danish smørrebrød champion Chris Franklin serves his signatures on fresh-baked and buttered rye: ‘Hønsesalat’ crafted with organic Hopballe Mølle chicken, Madagascar pepper, sweet-pickled lingonberries, and salt-baked celeriac, finished with fried chicken skin. ‘Fiskefilet’ with crispy butter-fried plaice, tangy house remoulade, seasonal greens, and lemon. For dessert: a refined finale of silky chocolate crèmeux, drizzled with fruity olive oil and a touch of flaky sea salt.

Judie isn’t just serving the classics done right. It’s reclaiming Nyhavn—the views and the smørrebrød.
