Beviamo is a piece of Italy in Østerbro, from the same team behind Christianshavn’s beloved Rufino Osteria. Its rustic kitchen is helmed by Rufino’s own Alessandro Polledri, who crafts a menu of greatest hits with finesse: expertly sauced handmade pastas, fresh stracciatella served with tomatoes from Napoli, and signature hazelnut tiramisu. Each dish is an immersive love letter to Polledri’s homeland, from the sun-soaked Amalfi Coast to the rolling hills of Abruzzo.

Enjoy a 6-course menu at Beviamo by Rufino. The menu is chef’s choice, so dishes rotate regularly and reflect the best produce of the season. Start with stracciatella topped with fresh Neapolitan tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil. Then, taste melanzana alla norma, breaded eggplant baked in a rich tomato sauce and finished with ricotta foam. Savor pappa al pomodoro croquettes, tomato-soaked bread filled with mozzarella, fried until crisp, and served with vibrant basil aioli. Get pasta alla Nerano, an Amalfi Coast classic of linguine in creamy courgette sauce, topped with fried courgette and grated pecorino. Revel in fettuccine al ragù made with Italian pork sausage, lamb, and beef, finished with Parmesan cheese. For dessert, indulge in the signature tiramisu with toasted hazelnuts, espresso, and luscious gianduja cream.
