The interiors channel a 1970s Tokyo cocktail lounge by way of Copenhagen, and the drifting scent of yakitori fills the air. Jade sends a message loud and clear: what you’re about to experience only happens here. The pan-Asian restaurant isn’t simply inspired by Asian cuisines; it reimagines how they can live together on the same table. Or even the same plate. Jade is the vision of a standout team, including Asger Majgaard Klausen (former Head Chef at formel B), Anders Strier (Geranium and Kong Hans), and Ólafur Ólafsson (Jah Izakaya), who helms the kitchen. Together, they’ve created a place where Iberico pork tonkatsu shares the spotlight with Korean-fried oysters, and raw dishes sit comfortably beside confit duck bao and inventive cocktails like miso old fashioneds.

WHAT YOU GET

Enjoy a 7-course menu at Jade. The menu is chef’s choice, so dishes rotate regularly and reflect the best produce of the season. Begin with tender slices of raw salmon, coated in toasted seaweed powder and topped with ginger and avocado. Taste crispy karaage chicken, followed by fragrant, steamed snake beans finished with nam jim sauce and crunchy garlic. Then, savor duck bao filled with confit five-spice duck leg, shiso leaf, and housemade hoisin sauce. Enjoy Bangkok Butter Chicken – a Thai-inspired take on the classic, served sizzling hot and finished tableside with coconut cream and fresh herbs, perfect for spooning over steamed koshihikari rice. For dessert, indulge in roasted vanilla ice cream finished with white miso and a drizzle of sherry.
