Taste eggs Benedict with hollandaise, ham, and spinach, served on a tender English muffin. Bite into a Croque Madame with Gruyère cheese, ham, béchamel sauce, and a fried egg. Enjoy shakshuka, a chili-spiked dish of stewed tomatoes topped with a fried egg, feta, and grilled bread.
