MARGO delivers nonna-style Italian cooking – if your nonna had a taste for Italian new wave and plated tuna crudo in a candlelit dining room for eighty. Pasta, tiramisù, and sourdough focaccia are made in-house daily, and the open kitchen turns every evening into a performance. You won’t find foamed sauces or tweezered finishes here. Instead, MARGO is built on the belief that the simple things matter most. That’s why every dish, from slow-cooked ragù to crisp-skinned poussin and generously plated antipasti, is made with the care of a loved one and served on antique dinnerware alongside pours of Italian wines. Just like nonna would.

WHAT YOU GET

Enjoy a 5-course menu at MARGO. The menu is chef’s choice, so dishes rotate regularly and reflect the best produce of the season. Snack on homemade salt and pepper chips served with crème fraîche dip, fried polenta topped with finocchiona salami, and citrusy marinated olives. Taste tomato panzanella crowned with creamy burrata. Then, savor tuna crudo dressed in sungold vinaigrette and topped with pickled shallots, capers, and fresh oregano. For your main course, delight in ricotta and spinach gnocchi resting in a bed of caramelized Mediterranean-inspired red sauce, finished with brown butter and grated parmesan. Or revel in the crispy-skinned roasted poussin, served with sautéed greens and finished with cream sauce.
