WHAT YOU GET

Enjoy 10 servings at HANZŌ. You decide which of HANZŌ’s restaurants you want to visit. The menu is chef’s choice, so dishes rotate regularly and reflect the best produce of the season. Begin with prawn crackers dusted with HANZŌ’s signature spice blend, paired with a creamy avocado dip. Try tuna tartare with mango, ponzu, and trout roe. Taste a Tokyo-inspired salad of crisp cabbage, wakame, green apple, and sesame dressing. Enjoy crispy pork spring rolls, sticky gochujang-glazed wings, and garlicky edamame. Get a bao filled with Korean fried chicken, cabbage, and Japanese mayo, followed by a refreshing smashed cucumber salad with chili crisp. Savor pad kra pao – minced pork stir-fried with Thai basil and chili, served with fluffy steamed rice and topped with a fried egg.
