Taste Rufino’s signature Panino di Porchetta – crispy rolled pork belly, slow-roasted with herbs, sliced thin, and served in focaccia with Piedmontese salsa verde. Savor the Mortadella e Stracciatella – warm focaccia layered with silky stracciatella, mortadella, crushed pistachios, and crisp greens.
