Their shop, SP Coffee, is located just beside April on Pilestræde, and, true to form, the shelves are filled with some of the most impeccably roasted beans in the city. The farmer’s work in the fields, the roaster’s expertise, and the coffee varietal’s purest flavor expressions can be tasted in every cup. Pick any two 250 g bags of coffee beans at SP Coffee. Discover SP’s newest roast from Kamavindi Estate – a bright Kenyan roast with expressions of chocolate, blackberry, and raspberry. Get a fresh and juicy washed Yellow Bourbon with hints of macadamia, honeydew melon, and stone fruit from Diego de la Cerda’s farm, El Socorro, in Guatemala. Try a bold, natural processed Brazilian Ruby from Fazenda Esperança with sweet and nutty caramel aromas. Taste Costa Rican Caturra + Catuai with aromas of brown sugar, milk chocolate, and red cherry from April’s longest-running partner farm, Volcan Azul, and more.
