Fire Tyve was started by three buddies with a shared dream. They had visions of a low-key and sustainable wine bar with sharp, small plates. A place where wines come from small producers and seasonal veggies dominate the dishes. Two months ago, that dream became a reality. They have tables inside and outside in the so-called Demokrati Garage, where they happen to be neighbors with Flere Fugle. Honestly, there’s never been a tastier time to visit Nordvest.
