The best view of the Lakes shouldn’t go to waste. So Sol & Luna goes all in. By day, Sol fills the lakeside patio with coffee and brunch. By night, Luna takes over with chef Lau Nymark's fire-driven menu, where smoke, peak-season produce, and front-row views of Dronning Louises Bro make it easy to lose track of time.
On the table, grilled scallops arrive drenched in spicy nduja butter. Skewers of chicken, pulpo, and caper leaf disappear quickly between glasses. Gnocchi lands beneath parmesan foam, egg yolk, and black pepper. Grilled kale is sharpened with habanero vinaigrette before fried sweetbreads with sauce gribiche bring a richer turn. Apple sorbet with honey custard, meringue, and vermouth closes things out.
