This is the way it’s supposed to be: Puglia-born chef Lorenzo Tondo in the kitchen, a timeless menu built for the table, and a harborside dining room that feels like it’s always been there. There’s a little something for everyone at Tonys, and the 10-serving menu delivers just that.
Burrata crowned with blood orange and finished with vibrant basil oil. Arancini stuffed with smoky scamorza. House focaccia with olive pâté. Beef tartare with bone marrow emulsion and pickled shallot. Pappardelle slicked in oxtail ragù. Slow-roasted beef cuvette with braised endive and red wine sauce. And, of course, a decadent slice of amaretto-laced tiramisu.
