Raw. Unfiltered. Fermented. Folk turns organic teas and botanicals into seriously refreshing kombucha. Nina Parna began developing her recipes over a decade ago at the recommendation of Noma co-founder Claus Meyer. Today, her brews define the genre.
A mixed box of 12 bottles lets you explore Folk’s nature-rich flavor universe in full. Each brew begins with a base of Chun Mee green tea and lemon verbena. From there, fermentation and organic ingredients take over. Nordic sea buckthorn brings brightness and a citrusy snap. Lion’s mane pairs with butterfly pea flower to pour a violet elixir rich in nootropics. Sour cherry rounds things out with a juicy tartness and a gently bittersweet finish.
