Some serious made-from-scratch magic is happening at BRUS. This lively Nørrebro brewpub doesn’t just brew world-class beer. They smoke their own bacon, bake their own buns, and hand-cut their own fries, too.
In 2015, the To Øl team opened BRUS, and something new has been brewing ever since. With 32 taps pouring everything from IPAs to bright sours, and a kitchen dishing out globally inspired comfort fare, there’s always a reason to come hungry and thirsty. Smash burgers, chicken parm, and pork bao complement pours that are as inventive as ever—like the juicy Haze Maze IPA, Slovenian Red Ale, crisp pilsners, and killer cocktails.
